St. Mary’s Hall is designed to be divided with operable partitions to create up to five independent, more intimate gathering spaces. Separate entrances allows the rooms to be utilized simultaneously by different groups. Round, 72 -inch tables which seat eight are available as needed with each rental.

St. Mary’s staff will assist with the use of St. Mary’s Hall from the planning process through to the end of each event. Room furnishings are set to meet the needs of most occasions. A complete list of Hall furnishings and specifications on the sound and lighting systems are available upon request.

4 Pre-Function Area (Foyer) is included in the price of the rental of the main meeting rooms.

4 St. Mary’s Hall to receive ten percent (10%) of all catering sales (Food only).

4 Rental time allowed: four hours or up to midnight the day of the rental. The hourly fee after four hours is computed by dividing the rental fee by four hours. Caterers may arrive two hours before start time. Florists and decorators may arrive 5 hours before start time.

4 Service provided: Use of rented facility, cleaning of facility prior to and after the event (with exception of catering areas), and on-site assistance by facility representative during the event.

4 Damage deposit: An additional $500 (refunded upon satisfactory evidence of acceptable condition after inspection of the premises.)

4 Cancellation Policy: All earnest money deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation. The earnest money deposit is fifty percent (50%) of the event fee.

4 Food and beverage service may only be provided by an approved caterer. User may request special permission to bring in his/her own food for use at an event. Any such request must be made no later than 10 days prior to the date of the event. Approval of the St. Mary’s Hall executive committee is required.
